2. What are my payment
options?
1. On-line through Paypal. This is a SSL secure payment
method using a credit card or electronic check. You do not
need to sign up with paypal in order to make a payment.
2. By Check: Print the order form and mail along with a
check for $26.95, which is equal to 19.95 + $2.00 for shipping
to Bee Home Video, LLC PO Box 2204; Scottsdale, AZ 85267-2204
3. With a credit card by fax: Print the order form and fax
it to 1-480-704-3490.
4. By phone with a credit card: Call 1-866-348-6667 or 480-704-3487.
3. What is the shipping
policy?
Your order will be shipped 1st class mail within 2 days of
placement, with 95% of all orders going out the same day they
are placed. If we are out of stock and unable to ship within
one or two days, you will be notified before your order is
placed and given the option of waiting to make a payment until
the items are available for shipment. In extremely rare cases,
such as when supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out
of stock we will contact you to suggest an alternative item
and to inform you of the delay.
4. What is the return
policy?
Satisfaction is the highest priority of Bee Home Video and
Strollertime and your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.
We are proud to guarantee all of our products. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it to us within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original
receipt, for a prompt exchange or credit. Shipping fees will
not be credited. If you have any questions, please contact
